SMS Announcements-Wednesday, Dec. 6th-A Day
THURSDAY-B DAY
BEHAVIOR FOCUS
Next week students should focus on being kind and using kind words. Racial slurs are inappropriate and should not be used at all. Students need to think first,
What is the purpose of the words we use? Will they cause harm?
“Joking/Roasting” students can cause harm to the person even if you think it’s “just a joke.” This is not acceptable and can result in consequences.
ART CLUB
The next art club will be held December 5 from 3:00 – 4:00 in the art classroom.
BOOK CLUB
Next book club meeting will be December 14 from 2:50 – 3:30.

GARDEN CLUB
Even though the gardening season is over, Garden Club still meets throughout the winter!
All 6th and 7th grade students are welcome on Thursdays from 2:45-3:30 in Room 129 (Mission). Students must be able to be picked up at 3:30 or get home on foot.
We will plan for next spring’s garden, will do some learning about starting plants from seed, will be (hopefully) taking a field trip (details TBD and pending administration approval), will do some sort of drive to benefit the Partnership during our off season months, and will be having fun connecting with friends!
