7th GRADE PARENTS AND STUDENTS
Attention 7th grade students and parents!!! Monday, January 31st from 5-6pm there will be an 8th grade informational meeting with Johnston Middle School (JMS) via Zoom for 7th grade parents and students. The meeting will include information from JMS principals and counselors pertaining to the transition to 8th grade. A Zoom link for this JMS meeting is below. During the month of February, JMS counselors will be coming to Summit to complete the scheduling process for the 2022-23 school year. Please contact Shannon Brock, 7th grade counselor, with any questions.

Featured Book of the Week
Cece Rios and the Desert of Souls is a mix of ancient mythology and Mexican folklore. Cece must use her forbidden magic to help her sister who has been kidnapped by a mysterious desert creature. Fans of Rick Riordan will enjoy this fantasy novel!
