From the Library

Books checked out early in the school year are becoming due.  You will get an e-mail from the Summit Library when your books are overdue by a week.  Please then be sure to return your book the next time you are at school or you can reply to the e-mail to request to renew your book if you are not finished.  There are tubs to return books at every door to the library on the main level.  Thank you!

Featured Book of the Week:

Craig and Fred is on this year’s Teen Choice list.  This is a narrative nonfiction story about a Marine who befriends a dog while deployed in Afghanistan.  Craig works so hard to figure out a way to get that dog to the United States, and that’s just the first half of the book.  This is a great story for dog lovers but also readers interested in war and its affects on our veterans.
