SUMMIT CULTURE CLUB

Mrs. Heston and Mrs. Brock are starting the Summit Culture Club, previously known as School Climate Committee. This is a group designed to promote positivity and help ensure our school is a culturally sensitive and accepting place for everyone. If this sounds like something you would like to be a part of we encourage you to apply. Applications can be found at:

Book of the Week:

Funny, You Don’t Look Autistic is a memoir by Michael McCreary.  Michael recounts his childhood and early adulthood as a person on the Autism spectrum.  Michael is now a stand-up comedian, so you can expect to laugh while reading this book!  However,  you will also learn a lot about Autism and how it effects people on the spectrum and their families and friends.
