Registration for 2024-2025 begins next week

JOHNSTON, Ia. (Jan. 29, 2024) — The Johnston Community School District’s registration for the 2024-25 school year begins next week. Please register your student before spring break this year!

Preschool for 2- and 3-year-olds

Registration for 2- and 3-year-olds will begin 8 a.m. Monday, Feb. 5 on johnston.ce.eleyo.com

Preschool classes for 2- and 3-year-olds are first come, first serve. If your desired course is already full, add your child to the wait list. Children must be age 2 by Sept. 15, 2024 to enroll in 2-year-old preschool and age 3 by Sept. 15, 2024 to enroll in 3-year-old preschool.

Everyone else (4-year-olds, DK, K-12)

Registration for everyone else — 4-year-olds, developmental kindergarten and K-12 — will begin 8 a.m. Monday, Feb. 12 at johnstoncsd.org/school-registration.

Developmental Kindergarten classes are also first come, first serve.

Please note there is a different link if you’re new to the district and do not have any other children enrolled, vs. if you’re a family continuing with the district. Use a laptop or desktop computer to complete the online registration. You will not be able to complete registration on a mobile phone. We recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox.
