JMS Music Students Finish the Year with Compilation Concert

Students in the 8th and 9th grade music classes learned the piece “When You Believe” by Stephen Schwartz and recorded themselves performing their part.

They then utilized CLP instructional lessons to create a virtual performance. Mr. Harris edited all 80 (Yes, 80!) performances together into one video. Without having an end-of-year final concert, the music teachers said this felt like an authentic use of the digital learning space to create something meaningful for the kids. What an awesome way to close out the year!
