Johnston Back to School Health & Resource Clinic

Families of JCSD students that need help are invited to attend this FREE back to school event to help ensure their children are ready to start school in August. Services available include: physicals, lead screenings, immunizations (only for uninsured & Medicaid), vision checks, dental checks, free haircuts (3-4:30 pm.), school registrations, free/reduced lunch applications, and connections with area/district resources.

Volunteers and staff will be available to help families register for school, complete necessary paperwork and connect with area resources.
