Head to Sundae in the Park on August 12

The dog days of summer have set in and a bowl of cool, tasty ice cream is the perfect answer to beat the heat. Join the Johnston Community Education department and City of Johnston for the annual “Sundae in the Park” on Sunday, August 12 from 6-8 p.m. at the Johnston Commons – the green area by the Johnston Public Library and Simpson Barn.

As in years past, anyone is welcome to come out and enjoy a free bowl of ice cream, complete with toppings galore! Bring your lawn chairs to enjoy the beautiful evening, free music, and fun atmosphere at the Johnston tradition. See you there!
