JHS Cheer Team Conquers the Triton Challenge

The Johnston Competition Cheer Team took home their second Grand Championship of the season on Sunday, Oct. 29 at the Triton Challenge at Iowa Central Community College Fort Dodge. The “Grand Champion” title is given to the team posting the highest score among all teams in all divisions at the competition.

The team competes in the State Championships on Saturday, Nov. 4 at the Iowa State Fairgrounds and will host a State Send-Off on Wednesday, Nov. 1 at 3:15 in the JHS gym to perform their State routine for Dragon fans!  All are invited to come support this team in their quest for back-to-back State titles.
