JHS 2017-18 Dragon Days
JHS Dragon Days are August 17, 18
Parents and/or students are invited to visit Johnston High School on August 17th from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and August 18th from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for Dragon Days.
These days will take place of the Back to School Night and schedule change sessions from previous years.
- Seniors: Thursday, August 17 from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Juniors: Thursday, August 17 from 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Sophomores: Friday, August 18 from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Anyone: Friday, August 18 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Students and families will have the opportunity to:
- Have your school picture taken (All students, all grades)
- Explore the building and find classrooms
- Visit the school nurse and drop off any medications (Thursday, August 17 only)
- Pay fees; pick up parking tag
- Receive SDQ and Student Wellness information
- Pick up ID card – students will need this for lunch on the first day
- Receive class ring information
- Make schedule changes (schedules available online August 11 via Infinite Campus)
