September and October 2024 | Identify and ask administrators, staff members, students, staff and families if they are willing to participate in the process. The Administrative Team was briefed on the strategic plan process by Cabinet. Letters sent to first groups of staff, students and families invited to participate in committees and focus groups. |
Oct. 2, 2024 | Staff focus group including Johnston High School, Ellipsis, Alternative High School and Drop-In School staff will meet to define their daily desired experience as a JCSD employee. |
Oct. 2, 2024 | Education Leadership System orientation, session 1. Meeting between the Cabinet, building administrators and the school board to outline the strategic planning process ahead. |
